All services are subject to a written or verbal estimate and agreement prior to commencement of work.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are free and provided without obligation.
- Estimates are based on the information available at time of assessment. Scope changes, unforeseen conditions, or customer-requested additions may affect the final price.
- We will communicate any material changes to scope or cost before proceeding with additional work.
- Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
3. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Deposit terms will be stated in your written estimate.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
- Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Ricky Gs Handyman Service Inc., you agree to the following terms:

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- For jobs where materials have been ordered or pre-purchased specifically for your project, cancellation may result in a restocking fee or material cost charge.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to work areas
- Ensure that pets and children are secured away from the work area during service
- Disclose any known hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, mold, etc.) prior to work beginning
- Provide accurate information about the scope and location of the work needed
7. Warranties and Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed job, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no additional charge. This warranty covers labor only and does not apply to customer-supplied materials, pre-existing conditions, or normal wear and tear.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry liability insurance — certificate of insurance available upon request.
9. Use of Website
This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful or offensive content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
